River’s edge or on the “fringe of” ……..Here I am hanging on the fringe of the river and our pond at Eagle Dawn River Ranch, our new property south of Montrose, Colorado on the Uncompahgre River. It is eye candy for the out door enthusiast. We have seen owls, deer, elk, turkey, mink, beaver, trout, blue herring, and of course Eagles. We have 12 acres with a 1/4 mile of river and an acre pond. I have been building our house here for a year and it is finally done!! We start moving in furniture next week. I am soooo ready to enjoy this little peace of heave. I can’t wait to share it with you!!!
