summer layering with bustiers

Summer brings warm temperatures, but also brings air conditioning (hopefully), so a cool sleeveless outfit works, but a jacket or sweater will feel good inside. Today we’re talking about layers and more specifically, summer layering with bustiers.

Here, I am wearing one of my favorite tops and that is the White House Black Market bustier. I have shared this before but it has been a while….White House Black Market does the best bustiers out there and they come in many sizes that look great on most body types. Every season there are new fabrics and I have at least 8 or 10 of their bustiers now. These bustiers work for casual or for very dressy. They also come with removable straps, so if you are not comfortable with strapless, you can wear it with straps. I kind of go back and forth. I love the security of straps, but sometimes the bareness of strapless is so elegant. It really depends on your comfort level or what you are pairing it with.

I have linked below some of this seasons WHBM bustiers, but be sure they will have new colors every new season. They also run true to size most of the time. The stretchy ones, you can size dow. It is an investment that is always a good go to summer piece or a layering piece year round.
