I love this time of year because it is a time for LOVE and a great time to wear your hearts. I found the cutest tops for you linked below. Did you notice the hearts on the elbows of this stripped top and it is only $50? I added the bandana scarf and artist hat to add a little more amour (love) to the look. A couple of couture designers are showing bandana scarves and artist hats in their spring collections and with a major price tag.
There are several stories on how Valentine’s Day got started. Do you know any of those stories? Go to my last years post “A Valentine’s Look” and this website “History of Valentines Day” for information on what we know about how Valentine’s Day came to be. Whatever the story, it is a great time to give that extra special love, whether it is a card, candy, flowers, perfume, or some great novelty top with hearts embellished somewhere. Don’t forget that you can love yourself and you know what that means…….candy, flower, perfume, clothes and so on and so on! That’s what I’m sayin’.
