How to Get Fabulously Fit in 20 Minutes

The older I get the harder it is to get fabulously fit in 20 minutes. I will say that this easy circuit will tone you nicely and keep things from going elsewhere as long as you do them at least 3 days a week. Ladies or even gents, just keep moving.

I have done every workout program on the planet I think and they all have worked as long as I was consistent. Anybody relate??? Consistent is the magic word here. Now, I have to be more selective about my workouts, because I have neck issues and the old knees are not what they used to be. I do a lot of pilates movements using my own body weight and light weights with higher reps for more toning than building bulk. I know that yoga has great benefits but I have not found the love there. Find something that fits your goals and fitness levels and one you enjoy.

This fabulous  circuit alternates between upper and lower body. It incorporates large muscle groups to maximize calories burned and transform your whole body. Be sure to complete 2-4 rounds of 1–12 reps.

The most important thing that everyone should do before beginning a work out is s-t-r-e-t-c-h. My next video will be a series of stretches that you can all do any time and most any place that will help you stay fit and flexible. Flexibility is one of the best things we can do that can tone while helping to prevent injury.
