MY MOTHER’S DAY MESSAGE
Hello, beauties… Mother’s Day is right around the corner so this year in partnership with Hair Biology we decided to celebrate the mothers and mother figures in our lives.

Hair Biology believes in the power of celebrating aging and all the experiences that come with it, especially inspiring the younger generations. As a young girl, my mother certainly influenced my sense of fashion as well as shared her wisdom.
Even though I have never had children, it has become more clear through the decades how I have been able to play somewhat of a mother role to so many wonderful young men and women. There are two that have especially been such a blessing to me. My 27-year-old step-grandson Carson – We have shared so many conversations about life that we have only shared with each other. I continue to see my influence on him as he has moved through his young adulthood.
Now, there is Francesca, a single mother …. Her arrival into my life was not an accident. I do believe that she was brought to me for a reason. I am her boss, but I have also been her mentor, confidant, counselor and so much more. Helping her realize her potential and that she can be that someone in her dreams has given me so much pleasure. After spending over 3 years with Francesca, I can certainly see my imprint on her life.
So, a mother can come in so many forms. We can share so much wisdom with the younger generations.
