Resort Style Dress Review
Living in the Clear Lake area of Houston, TX has many days of the year that are over 70 degrees. Even at Christmas time we could have 80 degree days. I like to have a lot of transitional dresses and tops available for those days
I was recently introduced to the cutest line of resort wear called Barbara Gerwit. I think of it as very Floridaish or Palm Beachy, California, islandy, Palm Springs, Tucson, Seaside, Galveston, Padre Island, Bahamas, Savannah, cruisy……do you get the picture. The line also has affordable pricing without compromising the quality. The styles are at least as cute as Lilly Pulitzer, an old favorite of mine. To check out this adorable line of resort wear just go to www.barbaragerwit.com
So, do you live in any of these warmer climates or is a tropical destination on your calendar this winter? If so, the Barbara Gerwit collection would be a great place to pick up easy to pack dresses and tops for your trip that are soft, comfortable and soooo cute!!! I love the slit detail on the 3/4 sleeve. They run true to size. I ordered a medium but could have easily worn a small. I am a size 6 in most lines. They start at a size 2 and go all the way to a size 3X.
While I was in Palm Beach last week, I wore this dress in the photos out for the day touring galleries, museums, and private homes. I was traveling with a very well heeled group of women and they all fell in love with my dress!!!
I guess you notice the flip flops. I broke my toe on a mannequin pedestal in my closet right before I left for Palm Beach, so I have been very shoe challenged to say the least. This dress looks cool with flip flops, sneakers or can be dressed up in a heeled sandal. Xo, SheShe
