Have you really looked closely at your underwear drawer lately? How long has it been since you bought new undies? Well, today ladies I am giving you 5 reasons why you should update your panties drawer.

- First of all, I just hope you wear panties. Ha Ha!! When I was young, I met a few girls that said that they didn’t wear underwear. I was horrified. My mother used to tell my sister and I that you must always wear clean panties, because what if you got hit by a car or you were in a wreck and had to go to the hospital and you had on dirty undies or none at all. I have always worn them. Now, way back when we didn’t have body shapers and all of the great products that we have today, there were a couple of times that I went without panties to avoid the panty line. There are also garments with built in panty liners. Other than that, there is no excuse now ladies.
- If you have a significant other, then they will probably not say anything to you if you are wearing old underwear, but if you prance by him in some new undies, he will notice!
- Panties get frayed and stained…..yes ladies…..you know what I’m talking about. Throw them out. You deserve better!!!
- New undies make you feel so good and gives you self confidence. Are you still wearing the “maw maw” type? Hmmm? No matter what your shape, you need to ditch the granny panties!!!!
- Our lifestyles are so vast these days that we need different styles of panties to wear with different outfits. For instance, would you wear the same panties under a slinky dress that you would wear with a pair of jeans? Or how about getting the right panties to exercise in. Yes, ladies they now have sport panties. (see workout photo below)

Entering this partnership made me take a look at my own undies drawer. Hmmmmm… I will say that it isn’t in that bad of shape, but I am missing some styles that might work well for me. So, let me introduce to you what I just added and can’t wait to wear!!
- The lace thong: (top photo) I have been wearing a lace thong for 12 years now from another brand. These look identical and right now they are on sale making them 1/2 the price of the other brand. I love that they come in 18 beautiful colors too!! Believe it or not, this style of thong is very comfortable. If you have never worn a thong, then buy 3 pair and alternate every day for 2 weeks and by then you will be able to wear them comfortably. Don’t give up….wearing them once will not get you used to them. They are sexy and they do not leave a panty line.
- No pinching no problem Hipster in blush and here in Cool Animal print that also comes in 8 colors: (below) Sometimes if I am just lounging around the house in leisure wear or traveling, the hipster works well. If you don’t want to go the thong route, then try the hipster. They have a great rise on the hip. Low enough not to show when wearing your mid rise jeans but high enough to cover your bootie Still sexy but certainly not maw maw.
3. Ultra-Control Seamless Tummy Panel Briefs X245 – Women’s : (above) Fortunately, I have not had to wear shapers, but now that I am over 60, I have noticed that I have a little more jiggle and I am losing my waistline. What????? Yep, if it hasn’t happened to you, then it probably will. This brief is great to wear with slinky pants or pencil skirt. It will congeal the jiggle. This style also comes in nude.
4. Spanx Super Control High-waist : (below) I would call this style a “twofer” or a two in one piece. This shaper will control that jiggle in the bootie and it will cinch and smooth out your waist. I am super excited to wear this one next week where I will be attending a formal gala wearing a form fitting gown. Wearing this garment makes all the difference in the way my dress fits and looks.
5. New Balance bond sports thong: (above pink) Remember that I told you that I have been wearing lace thongs for over 12 years. I thought it would be great to try these sport thongs. I will say that I love them and they really are comfortable while being active, but yet making me feel young, hip and sexy. Jockey sporty seamless hipster: I picked this style up as another option for my active life. I love to hike, white water rafting and biking when spending time at our home in Colorado in the summer.
