We are still seeing the blush and plum colors everywhere this fall season and a huge trend in rose gold jewelry. They actually go hand in hand. We are seeing blush, pink, and plum pop up in tops, jackets, dresses, bags, shoes and even sunglasses.
In my books, an outfit cannot be complete without accessories, so today we are once again working with my partners from JTV to bring you rose gold, the latest trend in jewelry paired with 4 fall colors.
About 5 years ago, after I sold my store, SheShe Boutique, I was looking for a new watch. I already had a beautiful stainless steel and diamond watch, but I really wanted a new gold watch. So, for my treat to myself after the sale of my business, I bought a new gold watch.
I looked at so many brands and styles, but I kept coming back to one particular watch, because it was rose gold. I wasn’t seeing rose gold anywhere and I wanted my new watch to be unique. Plus, the rose gold tones looked better on my skin color than yellow gold.
Since then, rose gold has been a growing trend in jewelry. I now have invested in so many pieces, but my new favs are this fabulous rose gold bracelet and sweet pearl and rose gold hoop earrings both from JTV I always love a statement piece like this bracelet. It totally has the look of a high end designer piece, but without the enormous price tag.
I specially chose the rose gold pearl hoops because #1 they are classic and will be a go to earring for years to come and #2 even though pearls, as a classic never go out of style, this year we are seeing pearls pop up on everything from clothing, shoes, boots and handbags, (check out the pearls on my bag) making them a big fashion trend.
So ladies, I know that for some of you, pearls are your signature style and they are handy to wear everyday, but for the rest of you, it’s time to dig out your pearls and shop for some cute pearl embellished pieces to add to your look.
