SheShe’s Sweater Edit | Nordstrom Anniversary Sale

Sweater season is upon us in certain parts of the world. Even in the summer, there are places we are visiting where a cozy cardigan sweater feels great and of course fall screams pretty sweaters. Today we have our own sweater edit with over 20 cute sweaters picked from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale.

Raised in Tennesse was great when it comes to year around dressing because we got all of the seasons. I always loved picking out my winter coat and I always got some pretty sweaters for Christmas. Even though I love Houston, I do miss the fall-winter season. We might get 2 or 3 weeks of 40-degree weather but most of the time we are 50’s & 60’s all winter. I remember one Christmas where I wore shorts and flip-flops, the ceiling fans running with a fire in the fireplace. We were just trying to create the Christmas spirit.

The one thing that gives me a window of opportunity to wear a coat and sweaters is when we travel. The airplane is almost always cold so I love having a wrap and my favorite staple is a comfy cardigan sweater. I love this one that I am wearing. It also comes in a beautiful burgundy and black.

When I buy pullover sweaters I first look for style and then it must pass the Houston climate test. In other words, not too heavy. I found this one on the anniversary sale. It hasn’t come in yet, so I don’t know if it will pass the test. I loved the velvet ribbon lace up detail.

Another favorite that I love is anything by Barefoot Dreams. I bought this one and this one last year and unfortunately, they sold out in the first week of the sale. I am hopeful that they will be restocked soon so check availability by clicking the links that I just gave you. If they do get restocked, I will let you know. One style that is still available is this one and it comes in 4 colors.

Even though it has been a 100 degrees here this week, summer fashions are phasing out. I really can’t bear to think about a sweater and a coat, but I will say cooler temps will be here before we know it and you will be ahead of your shopping if you snag some of the great items on this sale.
