Today is all about my Nordstrom sale haul! Here you will find all of my picks and my reviews on them! This year I really focused on getting classic pieces that can be used year after year. Of course, I did get some fun items that I just had to have!
Nordstrom SaleTops
The Camisole
I love camisoles and they go well with all seasons because you can layer them. Camisoles go with ANY type of bottom whether it’s a maxi skirt, jeans, or slack they are a staple for every woman’s closet. Wear them bare in the summer and add a jacket or cardigan in the winter. I think that you should all own this sassy cami and I love it in the white too in the same style. Great closet staples.
Ruffle Top
I did purchase this top but in the grey leopard which is currently sold out (hopeful for a restock on the 19th)! We are loving the neckline and how feminine the ruffles are! It comes in a couple of other colors.
Sweaters
Love this zebra print pleated skirt (thinking about it) and I purchased these 2 sweaters today! They come in other colors and run true to size.
The Jumpsuit – Investment
I’m sure you’ve seen the photos and videos on my Instagram with this fabulous jumpsuit. This was also an investment piece that is ageless and timeless. It’s a classic piece that will be a go-to year after year!
Pants
Satin Stretch Joggers
I’ve been eyeballing these from the beginning. I purchased them and I LOVE these cuties and the fit and how versatile they are. I sized up to a medium because I don’t like a snug fit.
Denim
For denim this year I did not purchase much. I purchased two pairs and one was not a fit for me! I did keep these black jeans from Madewell and I feel as if they were designed for me! The fit is amazing! Here I am still debating on purchasing more denim. What do you think? Maybe a blue wash but what fit do I want? hmmmmm
Athleisure
I did go for more leggings this year than last, but in these times it seems to be my uniform! I’m sure most women relate to that! Zella has always been my go-to for leggings. The fit is perfect and always reliable and the material is flattering and high quality. I went with a fun legging and a basic black crop. I needed a crop because I have SOOO many regular leggings.
The leopard leggings are sold out right now. Fingers crossed that they get restocked. I do love the Spanx faux leather legging. They are such a great basic for fall. You must snag them at this price.
Nordstrom Sale Shoes
Platform Sneaker
So, it was finally time. Time to get a platform sneaker! They have been trending for quite some time now and I have not one pair. This platform sneaker is trendy and with how basic it is will go with everything. Problem is that they are now sold out…..sorry….put them or a similar style on your wish list. Platforms elevate your casual sneaker look. We also love these platform sneakers.
Athletic Sneaker
An athletic sneaker is always a must have and we all purchase them yearly. With that being said I purchased this basic sneaker to wear year round. I think we all can agree that this sneaker is a necessity and worn quite often these days! Another sell out though and there isn’t anything similar on sale as of this writing, but if it comes available somewhere else at a good price then I will let you know.
Knee High Boots
I wasn’t going to add any more tall boots to my wardrobe this year but I could not pass these up! They were in the NSale last year but they sold out and never restocked, so I decided to snag them this time.
An angled, stacked heel elevates this perfectly slouched boot made from buttery-soft suede and featuring an extended, squared-off toe. I just adore everything about these boots. You can pair with leggings, jeans, maxi dresses, midi dresses, you name it these boots are perfect. I chose the beautiful tan but they are also available in black.
Ankle Boots
These ankle boots were a must-have for me! They are a closet staple for your wardrobe and perfect for fall. I am also a big fan of these booties that I just ordered!
Perforated Booties
I love a well-perforated bootie. I had originally purchased one triple the price and when I tried it on it was so stiff and rubbed my poor ankles severely. So I sent them back and chose these. They are affordable and adorable. Perfect for transitioning between seasons with your casual maxi dresses, ankle jeans, and more. The material is soft flexible and definitely does not rub my ankles the wrong way! I love them!

The Investment
This vibrant jewel-tone refreshes this nicely weighted lambskin-leather jacket designed in a clean, streamlined silhouette with classic moto zip details. It is perfect to layer over a dress, to replace a blazer and add flare, or to simply add to jeans and tee look! This piece was definitely an investment, it also comes in black. The regular price is $1,498.00 and with the sale, I purchased it for $898.90, almost HALF of the price. I do tend to invest more in quality leathers and pieces that are timeless and ageless.
Fun and Fringey!
Moto jackets are ALWAYS going to be cool. This one in particular has so much fun to it. From the vibrant color to the FRINGE, western or boho….I love everything about this. Did I mention it is UNDER $100 and it comes in black? Fluttery fringe trails along the chest and sleeves of this fitted moto jacket fashioned from soft, velvety suede. We may be in odd times with COVID but I am definitely seeing this one year at the Rodeo or over my maxi dresses boho style.
Affordable + Chic Blazer
This blazer is definitely similar to the ones we’ve seen by designers at hundreds of dollars more. I had to have it because it’s a no-brainer at UNDER $50. Passing it up was not an option and I HIGHLY suggest sizing down. Generally, I am a medium in BLANKNYC jackets/blazers and it was definitely too large. The mall fits like a charm! This blazer is also available in black and this nice mustard/rust color. I ordered both.
Wild Trench
What is this perfect for? EVERYTHING! Over jeans, an LBD, EVERYTHING!! From the photos on Nordstrom’s site of this jacket, I was really worried about the quality, look, and feel of the material. I was worried it would be too shiny and stiff or have a really cheap/fake look. I was SO WRONG! The material is amazing, breathable, the perfect weight, and I LOVE this trench. I would also size down with this cutie for the perfect fit. The small again fit great for my size 6/8 frame.
