I never met a stripe that I did not like. This fall season is no different and I already have big stripe overload. Do you know what, it gets my creative juices flowing so I just want to throw it all at you? Today, enjoy this stripe matching pantsuit, a big fall trend!!
With the color or all the stripes, this look might be way too much for your style, but you can’t help but smile just a little. I love to express my colorful side through my fashion choices so obviously, I have a colorful personality. I can do classic, that I actually love too, but I have so much more fun with color, pattern, and textures.
Being a textiles major in college, I am so drawn to fabrics. I love the freedom that we have today of mixing patterns as well. Notice how I added a smaller stripe t-shirt underneath this suit. I decided not to wear the self-belt, instead, I wrapped it around my neck and made it into a choker. I showed this look as if it were pajama style, but after looking at these photos, I wish I had shown this look with the blazer unbuttoned as well for a more relaxed street style.
My white booties are great with this suit, but a black low heeled bootie (on sale 40% off) would also complete the look. Check out some other ways to make this outfit more versatile. Remember, when I buy anything, I must be able to be style the item or outfit at least 3 ways or I don’t buy it. Well……..most of the time. Ha!!
Ways To Style This Outfit
- Unbutton the jacket for a more casual feel
- Wear this striped jacket over black trousers or over a skinny or flared legged jean.
- Wear this jacket over a black sleeveless black sheath style dress.
- How about this hot pink sweater over these wide legged pants? More color, please.
- Or you would probably like this classic white blouse (that I think is the best on the market for the price) tucked in and wear a pair of the comfiest white sneakers white sneakers ever!!
