Who’s ready for St. Patrick’s Day? In just a few days, we’ll be celebrating this spring holiday full of green & good times. Today we’re giving you some of our favorite festive foods & delicious drinks to make, whether you’re celebrating at home or with a big crowd. We’re making it extra easy with handheld options for guests,
COCKTAILS
Gingered Apple Sparkler
- Use 1.5 oz. handcrafted Vodka
- 1.5 oz. sour apple liqueur
- Splash of Angostura Bitters
- 4 oz. chilled
- Lastly add 1 maraschino cherry
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the vodka, liqueur
Ginger Jello Shots
- 16 oz Sparkling Ice Ginger Lime
- 10 limes
- 1 cup vodka
- 2 packages unflavored gelatin
- 2 tbsp chopped mint
Cut the limes in half lengthwise and scoop out the insides, set to the side and a saucepan, add Sparkling Ice Ginger Lime, sprinkle gelatin over and allow to sit for 2 minutes. Place over low heat and stir until dissolved, about 5 mint, then remove from heat and stir in vodka and mint. Pour mixture into lime halves and place into the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set and to lastly cut limes in half to serve and enjoy!
Ginger Sage Cocktail
- 1 bottle of Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore DOCG
- Simple Syrup
- 1 cup honey
- 3
cups water - 2 whole pears, peeled, cored and diced
- 1 large piece of ginger, peeled and diced
- 20 fresh sage leaves (plus more for garnish)
In a saucepan combine the honey and water over medium heat and bring to a light boil, then turn the heat down to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the honey has dissolved completely. Add the pears, ginger and sage leaves. Simmer, stirring occasionally until the mixture has reduced by 1/3 (about 15-20 minutes). Remove from heat and let the mixture steep for an additional 10 minutes, the strain the syrup into a large canning jar or thick glass bowl and discard the ginger and sage leaves. Place a few pieces of the cooked pear into each stemless wine glass followed by 2 tbsps of the simple syrup, then add Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore DOCG and serve.

Grilled Zucchini Roll-Ups with Herbs and Cheese
- 3 small zucchini (1 1/2 lbs. total), cut lengthwise into 1/4-inch thick slices, outermost slices discarded
- 4 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
- We love using 1 tsp. fresh minced parsley
- Add 1 tsp. fresh minced dill
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
handful fresh baby spinachleaves, stems removed- handful fresh basil leaves
- olive oil

Blackened Shrimp Avocado Cucumber Bites
- Use 1 tablespoon oil
- A 1 tablespoon creole seasoning
- a pound of shrimp, peeled and deviened
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup remoulade sauce (optional)

Frosted Lucky Charm Treats
- 1 (10-ounce) bag jumbo marshmallows (or 1/2 bag small marshmallows, 8 ounces)
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 6 cups Lucky Charms
- 10 pieces of white (vanilla) melting chocolate
- 10 pieces of green melting chocolate

Dipped Oreos
- Oreos
- 1/4 pound Green Melting Chocolate
- 1/4 pound White Melting Chocolate
- Golden Oreos
