How many self-care goals have you set for this New Year? Well, today on KHOU’s Great Day Houston with my friend and hostess I covered a few of my favorite beauty products for a healthier mind, body, and soul. Below are some favorites for my New Year, New YOU!

Upright Go is a small device developed to help us build long term proper posture habits. It works with an app that syncs with a small device to create a personal training plan and uses your age weight and back pain. As you use this program every day it trains your posture so that good posture becomes instinctive.

How does it work?

1. Download the app from Itunes for Android or IOS, charge the small device, turn it on, then remove the stick it to the middle of your upper back and sync to the app. The app will give you easy step by step instructions.

2. Set your posture then start your training session. You can actually see your posture on your phone screen in the app.

3. When you slouch your Upright Go will vibrate gently on your back reminding you that you are slouching and it’s so easy to adjust the sensitivity and vibration in the app. 

4. After your training, you can continue to track your progress throughout the day. You can also log in to your statistics page to see all your posture stats, goals and how you’ve improved.
