One of fall’s top fashion trends is giving me all of the nostalgia feels, you might remember it… vests! We saw many during the ’90s and early 2000s eras of preppy fashion and now the toppers are on the top of the trends list. Runway shows like Prada and Gucci are featuring just a few. I will say this trend was one I was unsure of at first, but it has now grown on me! Below we have all of the vests we are loving!

Vests can come in so many styles. The puffer vest is many times worn for laying and warmth. The utility vest is great for giving off the ranch or hunting vibe. Even though that might not be you, it is still a cool look. Then there is my favorite, the quilted vest like I am wearing above in pink. Did you see our post about Breast Cancer Awareness Month last week? This pink vest was featured and it would be great to wear and show your support.
One of my favorite things about the sweater vest trend is its versatility! While exploring Colorado last year, I wore the cutest sweater vest. This is my take on the casual look, paired with jeans, a classic white button-up, and some sneakers, I was casual, comfortable, and CHIC all day!

Vests can be dolled up too!! Wear with slacks and a cute pump and you will elevate your look to city chic babe! A great style tip I have seen and been inspired by is layering a vest over a maxi or midi dress. For that beautiful blouse, layer a vest like this one and great flare jeans with some booties for a stylish boho look.
How about some sparkle? I found this fun tinsel vest and fell in love. I made it a game-day look, wearing bootcut jeans and my cowboy boots. After all, I do bleed orange. FYI I support the Texas Longhorns and THE TENNESSEE VOLUNTEERS. By the way, I am sorry if you are an Alabama fan. Our win has been a long time coming!! This silver metallic vest could be fun to dress up as well. I just loaded it into my shopping cart.
