Today I am wearing a conservative suit with some fashion accents. I rarely dress like this, but occasionally there is an event that requires me to be a little more conservative. Being the fashionista that I am, I found this suite to add to my wardrobe for that rare occasion. So you decide: ladies who lunch or boardroom diva?!
I really do love the zipper accents! It makes it a little more fashionable than just buttons. When choosing a new suite, keep in mind of unique details of the jacket or ways to accessorize to change it up depending on where you are wearing it. With the zippers, I really don’t need any more jewelry other that a mid size earring.
This outfit is no longer available, but I searched out a few choices for you just in case you too need to have this look available in your wardrobe. It is really hard to find something just right at the last minute, so I advise making this look part of your wardrobe essentials.
You can buy a 2 pc suite or you can buy separates. Whatever you find that works, I would try to find a suite with a black skirt or buy a separate black skirt. You have so many other options with the skirt being black, because you can put just about any jacket with it. If you find a suite with a black skirt, then you can split the suite up and wear the black skirt with other tops or jackets.
One way to jazz up or change up the look of a suite is with your accessories. You can add a bold necklace or keep it simple and conservative with smaller earrings.
This type of suiting can be worn to work, luncheons, charity events, business lunch, funeral, wedding, etc. The great thing about a simple elegant suite is that it is timeless and any age can wear it.
