Feelin’ a little like Annie Oakley here…….Guns Up!!!

In a recent post, I talked about how rodeo fashions have evolved over the years. My last rodeo post was “rocker rodeo” and now we have “boho rodeo”. I am a 70’s child so I love this look!! Drape me in fringe all day long!!

If you missed the “rocker rodeo” posts then you might not know what I am talking about. Every year during the first 3 weeks of March Hoston, TX hosts the largest rodeo in the world with live superstar entertainment every night. NRG Stadium packs in over 60K visiters on any given rodeo day.

With that said one of my favorite things to do is head to the convention center and do a little shopping. I usually always find something to spice up my rodeo attire.

This year the bohemian look has taken center stage in mainstream fashion, and that look with all the fringe fits perfectly in with the southwest flavor that we so love much here in Texas.

Here, I have added some denim leggings, western belt, and cowboy boots with this tunic top. It is very comfortable and an updated rodeo look. Check out your closet…..you just might have a piece that can transition into the cutest look for the rodeo ever!.
