Nonni’s Biscotti | The Essential Coffee Bar Upgrade

Nonni’s is a favorite treat and snack here at the Frede house whether we are at our home in Houston or here at the beach on Sanibel Island. I am a girl who loves her coffee and the occasional tea, so just add in Nonni’s Biscotti and you have the perfect pairing! Read on for more about my favorite treat!

Nonniʼs commits to using simple, real ingredients that people can actually pronounce. Every batch of Nonniʼs treats is made with that same principle in mind, theyʼre made in a genuine bakery! From real eggs, butter, and flour to wholesome nuts and fruits, being second best is not an option for Nonniʼs! Also, each cookie is made in a small batch and expertly twice baked, so thatʼs why no two cookies look the same. Norman and I constantly comment on how fresh these cookies taste, and how each cookie is different yet consistent.

Pairing Nonni’s Biscotti with Coffee

I personally think biscotti must be dipped! It is a hard and dry cookie, and by dipping biscotti you not only soften them, but you bring forward all of the flavors into a fabulous explosion of tastiness! With that being said, I HAVE to have my coffee and it is so much better with something sweet! I look forward to visiting my coffee bar for a cup of coffee and a sweet treat every day for my afternoon break.

If you have been following me for a while, you know that intermittent fasting works for me. I only have black coffee and water until around 2 PM when my window to eat opens. That tends to also be the time where I start to slump, so you can bet I am looking forward to a cup of coffee and a sweet treat. At only 90 calories a snack, I am in heaven with my Nonni’s Salted Caramel Biscotti and a cup of black coffee! The rich flavors of caramel and the saltiness fulfill all of my cravings at once! The best part of my day….eating and eating something delicious!

Salted Caramel Biscotti – A Salted Caramel Biscotti filled with caramels, dipped and strung in rich milk chocolate, and then lightly sprinkled with sea salt. This one is my favorite because I am a girl who loves salty and sweet! This biscotti fulfills all of my cravings.

• Originali Biscotti– An almond biscotti with just a hint of Anise. This classic creation is rich in the Tuscan tradition and is an excellent complement to a cup of coffee, espresso, or wine.
• Cinnamon Streusel- The newest flavor to join the Nonniʼs Family! A delicately sweet cinnamon biscotti with an oatmeal streusel topping dipped and drizzled in gourmet white icing. Perfect to fulfill a sweet tooth!
