Hi lovelies, today we have more spring trends for you. In this look we have pink + bell sleeves + block heels, cork, clutch, leather cutouts (sandals), oversized cat eye sunnies, fringe, scarves, statement cuff and statement earrings.
I can’t get enough of pink this spring. First of all it is one of my favorite colors. Pink has many different hues from very hot pink to the palest pink. Patone’s Color report this year named one of this seasons colors as Pale Dogwood. Read our post on 2017 Pantone color’s here.

The bell sleeve is hot hot hot and you will see the style in both tops and dresses. Take a look at the pink dresses above with bell sleeves. The whole sleeve thing period is seen in just about every brand. It is just so flowy and feminine and there are so many variations of the bell sleeve. You might remember that I recently wore this bell sleeve top as well as this one .

I love the block heel. Do you know why???? Because for 35 years I have abused my feet by wearing pointy toed stilettos. I still wear them , but I am certainly glad that I have options now. Even wearing sneakers are favorite trends. Yeah for the feet!!! I am wearing a Tory Burch leather flower cut out sandal here. When I saw this shoe, I just couldn’t resist. The metallic gold, flowers and the block heel screamed SheShe! For you, I have linked below some of my favorite block heeled sandals at many price points.

Statement jewelry….do I have to say anymore? You all know by now that I came out of the womb with my earrings on. Ha Ha!! Another SheShe ‘ism’. Well, I am happy this year because it’s all about statement jewelry. I know that petite women can still wear statement pieces, but just use your size/height to scale out your choices. I am tall ,so I could almost wear a Christmas ornament as earrings and these that I am wearing could be an ornament.
Jewelry is a very personal fashion accessory. I understand the basics and the classic pieces, especially fine jewelry investments. I like my good stuff too, but if you are on the more conservative side, I dare you to step out of your box and try different jewelry trends for yourself. I will be doing a post designated all about statement earrings very soon!
Sunglasses are equally a personal thing. I would never try to buy a pair of sunglasses for someone. Too many factors that go into finding the right pair. Style is never the problem for me. I will wear just about any of the latest trends, but it for me is an issue. I have a small bridge, so many times glasses don’t fit my face. Once I find a pair, then unless I am doing a fashion blog post, then that pair becomes my every day sunglasses.

The clutch bags are still major trends. I mainly use my clutches for date night or special events. They come in so many sizes, shapes, and materials. Straw and cork are my favorite summer clutches and bright colored leathers make a statement as well. Check you a few of my favorite clutch bags.
