With literally thousands of items and hundreds of brands included in this year’s lineup, the options can be overwhelming and yes, things do sell out quickly, but don’t panic because some of our favorite merchandise will restock throughout the event.

If you’ve ever wondered why the sale schedule looks like a puzzle, here is the scoop. Nordstrom structures the sale in tiers based on The Nordy Club loyalty program and cardmember status.
Because these brand-new arrivals are heavily discounted, the most popular styles, colors, and sizes sell out incredibly fast often within the first few days of early access. By separating the dates, Nordstrom rewards its most loyal year round shoppers with the first pick of the inventory while spacing out website traffic so we don’t crash the system.
Here is exactly how the 2026 calendar breaks down so you can map out your shopping day:
- July 6: The Digital Preview Begins! Absolutely everyone can view the sale online starting today. Take advantage of this time to log into your account and save your favorite items to a digital Wish List so you can check out instantly when your tier opens.
- July 14–17: Icon Early Access. Reserved for the top tier of Nordy Club cardmembers.
- July 15–17: Ambassador Early Access. Opened for the second highest tier of cardmembers.
- July 16–17: Influencer Early Access. This is open to all Nordstrom cardholders, regardless of your annual spend.
- July 18 – August 9: Public Access! The sale opens to the general public no Nordstrom credit card required.
- August 10: The sale officially ends, and prices go back up to full retail value.
