1. 90s BAGGY JEANS
Ahh…the nostalgia of classic 90s baggy jeans. I’m thrilled about this making the denim trends list because these jeans are loose, relaxed and all around comfy! This throwback jean is best styled with more form fitting tops like a classic tee, a tucked in belt,

2. CROSSOVER JEANS
There are 2 denim trends this season that are super fun and this is one of them! Assymetrical crossover jeans hold a desireable optical illusion to accentuate your waistline or even create one if you are lacking! For an even more exaggerated waistline, pair these Good American high rise crossover jeans with a more form fitting top or a half-tucked satin blouse.

3. SPLIT HEM JEANS
“Split hem” or “slit hem” jeans are ALL about the SHOES and you ladies know I love my shoes!!! Aside from a cropped jean or the out-of-style capri, this is one of the few denim trends that really allow you to accentuate your shoes. I ordered these split hem mid-rise jeans from EXPRESS and have my eyes on these raw hem bootcut jeans with an opposite side slit on the outside.

4. CARGO JEANS
Y’all already know I’ve been OBSESSED with cargo pants this year and more specifically cargo jeans!!! This is definetly one of my favorite denim trends and overall trends for 2023! My favorite are these Alice + Olivia cargo jeans, but for a more budget-friendly option, I would go with these high rise baggy cargo jeans or these straight leg cargos by Madewell.

5. BARREL CUT “HORSESHOE” JEANS
Be BOLD and go for the barrel cut or “horseshoe” jeans that are the newest rage in denim trends! As shown below, you can see I LOVE these ones by Citizens of Humanity. In the bottom photo I am wearing the Pilcro Heritage Curve Mid-Rise Wide-Leg Jeans for a fun twist on the traditional western look in my Luchesse boots!

6. SLIGHTLY DISTRESSED JEANS
Distressed jeans are definitely on the list of denim trends this season but NOT overly distressed. We are not trying to look like you put your jeans in the garbage disposal and turned it on. Subtly distressed jeans like these high rise raw-hem boot jeans would look sharp dressed up with a plain white tee, a loose fitting long blazer, and cute booties.

7. SKINNY JEANS (ONLY with knee-high OR over-the-knee boots!!!)
